Position: Senior & Junior Designers

Fast pace of life with massive opportunities. Our rapidly growing design office in Hangzhou, China is looking for senior & junior designers who like hard work.
You will be working on international clients in a city with a population of 12 million with the 'Only British Graphic Design & Advertising Agency'. We fly the flag for the UK. You will be relocated to Hangzhou (twinned with Leeds by the way), the most beautiful City in China.
We will provide you with a business visa, fly you out, (economy class of course), provide you with accommodation and pay a local salary depending on your ability. Of course you need to know your job as expected and produce fantastic design & artwork. Senior designers need to have min 4 years past employment and junior designers at least 2. This will hard work with a massive opportunity. The rewards are BIG. ( we are offering 2 positions- 1 senior & 1 junior on a 6 & 12 month contract)

Position: Account Manager
Salary £ 25k plus a 10 plate Audi A3 in Black...nice eh!
Start: Immediate (full time)
Base: Holmfirth, West Yorkshire
Your role is to build campaigns for our clients, use the resources of your team to develop a campaign that meets each client's goals. You will be promoting business brands/services, from cars to cat food, or developing awareness campaigns for a charity or government body, constantly seeking new ideas to engage the public/end user utilising methods such as viral advertising and online campaigns, as well as traditional advertising methods such as press, posters, radio, direct mail, creative design and other print related collateral.
Tasks will include:
• Researching clients' products, services, competitors and target markets
• Meeting clients
• Briefing agency colleagues and working with them to plan and implement the best solutions for the client
• Presenting proposals to the client for approval
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
• Responding to clients' requests as they arise
• Taking part in pitches for new contracts
• Keeping records and handling invoices.
• Seeking new business oppertunities
• You will focus on a single client or work on behalf of several at once.
You will act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client. To ensure client requirements are met, you will work closely with colleagues and will report direct to the MD and Creative Director.
Long hours are common and you will be expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines. This may include evening and weekend work. You will be based from our Holmfirth Office, 45 mins from Leeds.
You will travel frequently for meetings and may be expected to socialise with clients and attend networking events.

• Enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing
• Approachable, diplomatic and flexible
• A clear communicator, in person and writing
• Able to present ideas with conviction

• Skilled at negotiating and motivating others
• Commercially aware.

Salary: £16 -20K (plus car ) depending on skill set
Start: Immediate (full time)
Base: Holmfirth, West Yorkshire
Here we are looking for an account exec that wants a challenge. You will support the role of our Account Manager, or if you’re up for the challenge take on a similar role. We are looking here at an Account Exec with about 1 or 2 years agency experience or even a brilliant graduate. Please see the Account Managers spec and tell me from this what you can do or add.
