Emma joins the team.
Worthington Brown is pleased to announce a new addition to the team in Holmfirth with the appointment of Emma Sturgess as Account Manager.
Emma has over six years experience in marketing and PR, having previously worked for full service agency Golley Slater in Leeds. She said: “I’m really pleased to join the team at Worthington Brown and I’m looking forward to working with some great clients. We are located in the heart of Holmfirth, just a short walk from miles of countryside, which provides lots of inspiration and leads to some fantastic creative ideas.”
In her new role Emma will look after the marketing needs of various clients, both in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. She will be responsible for compiling marketing plans, co-ordinating marketing activity and providing marketing literature and exhibition merchandise.
Emma continued: “In my previous role I was responsible for a number of clients, but my largest account was Army recruitment for the North of England. This was a fantastic client to work on and provided me with a huge range of marketing experience, which will come in extremely useful across the wide variety of clients I will be looking after in my new role.”
Neil Worthington, Managing Director of Worthington Brown, added: “It’s great to have Emma on board. Her previous experience will set her in good stead for this role and I am sure she will prove to be a valuable member of the Worthington Brown team, adding value to all our clients.”
