The Royal Armouries 2008

Britain's first museum has grown from its origins as the main royal and national arsenal at the Tower of London into a family of museums located throughout the United Kingdom and in North America. This family is home to the UK's national collection of arms and armour.

The Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds uses the best of modern museum design to develop and show its collections in relation to the real world in which we live.

This spring Worthington Brown was appointed to work on the promotion of their special summer exhibition: Arms & Armour from the Movies: The Wonderful World of Weta.

The exhibition will include 150 specially selected objects, weapons, armour, creatures and models designed and manufactured by Weta Workshop for the blockbuster movies – Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Chronicles of Narnia, Hellboy, King Kong, Kingdom of Heaven, The Last Samurai, Master and Commander.
